Well equipped and in very good condition cozy studio flat. Everything you need and more. You can see owners care about it. Comfortable bed (but not easy to open). plenty of hot water. Beautiful views. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet and relaxing.
There is a steep climb to the centre of the town, about a km. Not very pleasant if you have come back from a long walk or skiing and want to go to a bar or restaurant, as there are very few near the flat and they close early being a nice quiet residential area.
Also not very nice climbing with your trolley to the bus stop in town as there is no public transport and taxis are expensive, mostly when compared to the €2 bus ticket to Perpignan. There is a small shortcut, but as it is all stairs, with a suitcase you have to go the long way, which according to Google maps is nearly 1 km uphill.
The "fabric" shower curtain was too short and let the water flood the floor outside the shower.
No bath mat, just a plastic little one, no good for absorbing water.
You need to bring your own sheets and towels or you pay an additional €25 independently of numbers of days staying. But this is quite common in this area.
The sofa bed is comfortable but not the modern type easy to open and close. Not the type you open at night and close at morning, best to leave it open all the time.
They left some half empty toilet paper, probably left over from previous tenants. Does not make it look very professional ...
The owners were also very concerned about the cleaning, informing you that you will be fined €30 if you don’t leave it “clean” (not just “tidy” as it is usually required.) Between the linen and the cleaning fine it makes the paying guest feel like he’s a bit of encumbrance.
Overall, despite the above negative issues I would highly recommend this flat if you do not mind the climb up the hill. (The owners did mention free public transport but the Tourist Office confirmed there wasn't any, neither free or paying).

Des informations pour accéder au logement très précises, un appartement agréable et très bien situé et surtout une vue imprenable, sans aucun vis-à-vis, sur les montagnes.
Espace salle de bains un peu exigu.

Les hôtes sont réactifs et adorables, c'est très agréable 😊
Un peu de mal à trouver une place devant le logement.
