The dining room resembled a canteen in parts and the meal was delivered to us at odd times. We’re accustomed to the main courses arriving at the same time. It was apologised for though and some fruit given as compensation.

Hotel is very pretty especially the lobby! Enjoyed our stay with our comfortable room and bed.
There should have been more signs to get around especially the breakfast area it was quite confusing

Great location, friendly staff, large breakfast buffet. There's a spa and swimming pools.
The Georgian restaurant was delicious, but the menu was very small.
The European restaurant had a beautiful view, but the food was terrible. My burger was raw, and when I told the waiter about it, he just shrugged; I didn't even hear "sorry."
The hotel itself is new, but already shabby, with many small details looking out of place.
The spa has a sauna and a hammam. The hammam had eucalyptus steam right away; I used the sauna until the staff decided to add eucalyptus there, too. I have a terrible allergy to eucalyptus, so the sauna and hammam are no longer available to me.
The staff barely speaks English.
If you want a mountain view, don't book rooms with pool and mountain views; they don't have them, even though they say they do.
There was also a promised mini-bar, but there was no mini-bar, there was just an empty refrigerator.
Overall, this is not a 5-star hotel.
