We really liked the location of the hotel. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The sauna and swimming pools were great. We also really enjoyed the breakfast — there was a good variety of food, everything was tasty, and the coffee was very good. The restaurant was also reasonably priced.
The only downside was that the heated towel rail in our room wasn’t working. Other than that, everything was great.

Super friendly and helpful staff who also helped us with taxi bookings. Very comfortable room and bed and a great set of pools. The breakfast is very varied and delicious and the hotel has a fantastic restaurant on the 5th floor where they also serve their own wine.

The nature, environment, and room views were exceptionally good. The hotel is surrounded by a forest, so the air is extremely fresh.

ვაფასებ რომ კურორტმა დამპატიჟა და არ გამომართვა ცალკე თანხა ბავშვის ლოგინში.
პერსონალს დამატებითი გაწვრთნა ესაჭიროება.
არ არის ნორმალური, რომ საუზმეზე ჩანგლები არ იყოს, სტუმარმა სთხოვოს 2 სხვადასხვა ოფიციანტს ჩანგლის მოტანა, და შემდეგ 15 წთ ლოდინი უწევდეს სანამ მოუტანენ და ისიც მხოლოდ განმეორებითი მოთხოვნისა და უკმაყოფილების გამოთქმის შემდეგ. სირცხვილია.
არ არის ნორმალური, რომ აუზთან ვიღაც ახალგაზრდა (მოზარდი?) განაგებდეს პირსახოცების გაცემას და უხეში ფორმით უარს ეუბნებოდეს სტუმარს პირსახოცის გაცემაზე. ითხოვდეს სანაცვლოდ ოთახის გასაღებს - სასაცილოა - კურორტს ეშინია რომ სტუმარი პირსახოცს მოიპარავს? და ამ პირსახოცის სანაცვლოდ ვიღაც უცნობ და უზრდელ მოზარდს ნომრის გასაღები უნდა დავუტოვო, სადაც საფულე მაქვს დატოვებული? საოცარი სისტემაა, რბილად რომ ვთქვათ.
