The apartment is very spacious, luminous, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, including kitchen equipment, microwave oven and a small washing machine.
Furthermore, it is conveniently located close to the train station of Oulx, which is excellently connected to other val di Susa towns and many lovely hiking trails.
It includes a spacious parking but I would highly recommend this also if you decide not to rent a car as many amenities are at a walking distance.
Upon self-service check-in, you will be asked to sign a contract that includes draconian penalties in case of small damages (e.g. from €30 euro if you break one glass, €50 euro if kitchen deep cleaning is required after your departure, €50 euro for improper waste sorting/recycling). I understand why they may want you to sign this but I believe these conditions should be mentioned when you are booking and not when you are checking in.
We didn't have any issue whatsoever and the staff was very helpful but they won't provide you with a list of house equipment so there may be a potential for misunderstanding/inability to prove that it was not your fault if something gets broken or lost (also, the furniture is a bit rundown which would be normally perfectly acceptable, as the price is more than reasonable, but this increases the potential for breakages/faulty appliances).

the entrance gate is on trafficked road that makes dangerous enter/exit more in case of children or old people (no sidewalk).

Das Appartment war großzügig und sauber, es war alles da und die Fahrzeuge haben wir dank des Wirtes gut unterstellen können.
Das Checkin über die App war etwas nervig und wie die Apps so sind, nicht individuell genug..
