The apartment is in a very good, well connected area. It is located in a newer residential complex that is attractive, clean, and very well maintained, which is quite rare for such a central location. There is a large, well stocked supermarket in the building, as well as several good restaurants and ice cream shops nearby. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has a spacious terrace. The concierge was also very kind.
You will be asked to provide all of your personal details, upload photos of your ID, and take a selfie holding your ID through a third party website that, in my opinion, looks a little questionable. You will also be required to sign an agreement on the same website containing a number of rather excessive rules and fines, although fortunately none of them were enforced during our stay. The check in instructions and entry code are only provided after you arrive and submit a photo of the building entrance, which we also found unusual, especially since we arrived close to midnight.
The apartment itself feels smaller than it appears in the photos, but it does have a nice terrace and a second bathroom, which are definite positives. Unfortunately, most of the attractive plants shown in the listing photos were dead during our stay. The cleaning also left quite a bit to be desired, although this may simply have been bad luck on our part and other guests may have a different experience.
The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. In my opinion, it appears to be more like a mattress topper than a proper mattress and is far too thin to sleep on comfortably. We actually found the sofa significantly more comfortable than the bed itself.
The neighbors can also be noisy, particularly at night when watching TV, and their dog can sometimes be disruptive. This is obviously not the host's fault, and to their credit, they did try to address the issue when we brought it to their attention.

Very clean and good facilities
Time to get to the city center by public trasport. Distance not so big but the public transport very crouded and not respecting the shedule, routes turning round. Not the apartment fault, it's Rome city concern.

Apartament jest położony w dzielnicy mieszkalnej - było cicho. Do stacji metra Cipro było 15-17 minut; do Watykanu 30 minut; do sklepu spożywczego Conad 4 minuty. Mieszkanie jest na pierwszym piętrze (jest widna) w bardzo nowoczesnym nowym budynku (luty 2026), więc wszystko było również nowe i bardzo czyste. Wejście na kod - było bezpiecznie.
Apartament jest bardzo ładnie i ciekawie urządzony - nowocześnie, ale też z antycznymi meblami i lustrami. To robi ciekawy klimat. Duży taras (stolik, fotele) z widokiem na inne apartamentowce i tarasy (bo to dzielnica mieszkalna ;) to super opcja w cieplejsze miesiące.
Łóżko było wielkie i bardzo wygodne. Pościel i ręczniki były nieskazitelnie białe. Kuchnię wyposażono we wszystko, co niezbędne do gotowania obiadów (ja nie gotowałam, ale było można); była też zmywarka, pralka na tarasie (nie korzystałam), telewizor, odkurzacz, żelazko, duże szafy, dodatkowa kołdra i poduszki itp... wszystko zgodnie z opisem.
W apartamencie są dwie łazienki! To ciekawe rozwiązanie :)
Jedna sypialnia zapewnia intymność dla dwóch osób. W salonie połączonym z aneksem kuchennym jest też kanapa, na której również można spać, ale jest mnie intymnie.
Kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu był bardzo dobry. Na moje pytania od razu były odpowiedzi poprzez WhatsApp. W trakcie pobytu gospodarza upewniał się, że wszystko jest ok. To było miłe :)
SUPER POBYT!
Porady:
1. Od stacji metra Cipro idzie się lekko pod górę. Nie jest to trudne, ale z większym bagażem może kogoś starszego zmęczyć.
2. Parkowanie w Rzymie to sport dla zawodowców - pod budynkiem znajduje się się podziemny parking - warto zapytać się gospodarza, czy jest możliwe parkowanie auta, jeśli ktoś będzie miał taką potrzebę.
3. Był również basen, z którego nie korzystałam (luty ;) i nie wiem, czy w cieplejszym miesiącu byłby dostępny dla gości. Warto o to zapytać gospodarza.
4. Widziałam też siłownię, ale czy przynależy do budynku, czy też nie, to nie wiem. Zapytać się trzeba gospodarza.
