The location is good; just less than 10mins walk from Whitechapel station. There’s a direct train to LHR; super convenient.
Apartment is clean and host is wonderfully responsive and helpful. Response to messages within 24 hours.
Host prepared bottled water for us…really nice.
There’s good internet connectivity and toiletries provided.
Shops and eatery outlets within the vicinity.
The only downside is there’s no lift. If you are travelling with young children and elderly, it will be challenging.
I’d like to suggest to provide fans during summer as it can be pretty hot.
If keys can be retrieved from apartment instead of separate location, it would have been perfect.

Nice and spacious apartment.
We stayed in this apartment with another couple and their 9-year-old child. We expected an extra bed, but it was a small armchair-bed we had to set up ourselves, and no mattress cover was provided. One of the reasons we chose a two-bathroom apartment was to save time, as we were five people. Unfortunately, one sink didn’t work for most of the stay and was only fixed the day before we left, so we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. We understand that technical issues can happen, but clearer communication and a more proactive approach would have made a big difference. It’s a shame, because the apartment is spacious and charming, and with slightly better management, the experience could have been much smoother. Given the apartment’s high rating on Booking, we had higher expectations.

Great apartment in a great location. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is just next to the Whitechapel market with delicious fresh food. A great perk! The host was very friendly, responsive and forthcoming. Can highly recommend!
