Me, my Mum and 2 kids visited in the of February. Apartment was nice and warm. Little room is perfect for 2 kids.
Apartment was clean, kitchen was well equipped so we cooked breakfast every morning.
Location is perfect, lots of restaurants (I recommend Magus)
2 playgrounds near by. Bus stop right outside. And if you ask gentlemen in corner restaurant he can even order taxi for you :)
On Friday evening was a little bit loud outside and we could hear all the noise but we were expecting that due to the location.
