Comfortable bed while sleeping.
The wifi switches off during the night until about 11am in the morning and then also no light in the bedroom and no light in en-suite which is no good Not happy about that.

you had the use of the kitchen if needed with full use of all the crockery and cutlery ,they provided Tea and Coffee when you got there. Our room was nice and spacious. Got text message with all relevant information how to get into the Guesthouse, the Wi-Fi code aswell as when check out is.
There wasn't any tea spoons when got there which was a bit difficult to make a hot drink. The first time we saw anyone was late afternoon on the Saturday when they was cleaning some rooms. We also saw someone the Sunday when was leaving.

An excellent place considering how little we spent. Bed was comfy, the facilities were clean and when I had a small issue using the door code it was sorted really quickly and had no issues after

What breakfast? Beautiful photographs on the website proved to be a complete fantasy, so we were forced to find our own - expensive- breakfast elsewhere. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and ILLEGAL in terms of trading standards legislation.
Contact with management. The email message I was told to expect arrived over 3 HOURS LATE, by which time we were already on our way and not able to receive it. This caused access problems when we arrived and in spite of numerous messages left, nobody got back to us. Only after another guest kindly sent an email on our behalf were we finally able to receive the relevant codes to gain entry to our room. This was a very unsavoury experience which I do NOT wish to repeat, but i assure you will get a lot of mileage in terms of bad publicity.
