It was a beautiful apartment, but not what we expected. We thought we would have a reception desk like out other stays, however it was privately owned and we did not realize that.

Great views as promised, spacious kitchen and dining area. Central location to HCM city centre - 15 mins away by car. There is a mini supermarket located just below the apartment block.
The check-in process is very inconvenient- at least for after hours. They were only able to provide a single elevator key card. The door bell was not working. The bathroom sink clogged up on the first day. There was no bottled water provided in the room. No cleaning service provided for two nights stay.
