Location, convenience, price, very clean room and comfortable bed. Very good chinese breakfast. Close to public transport. Value for money.
Nothing. Just as a feedback for Home Inn to improve, staff should be friendly and cheerful. This is lacking. Customer service is inconsistent. Some staff provide very good service and some are so so.

Great location 20 mins walk from park entrance. Very spacious room, large bathroom.
Extremely welcoming staff who helped purchasing tickets in advance and supported on site with explaining routes for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen.
