Communication from staff was great leading up to the stay & during. All via translation app but very good. The room was lovely & comfortable. It is on the 13th floor so views are really good. It is in a good spot to explore Zhangjaijie city a bit. Lots of shops nearby & right by the river. If you wanted to see Tianmen Mtn I would stay closer but this wasn't our goal.
The cooked breakfast was nice.
Nothing really, it served the purpose for us.
