Nice stay at a convinient location

The apartment was at a very good location, clean and modern furniture.

On a busy noisy street and very complicated access

6 / 10

Nice location, but not for light sleepers

We liked: 1. The neighbourhood itself (lovely church accros the road, park on the way to the metro station, vibe in general) 2. Location and connections - metro station short walk, tram/bus stations very close 3. Shop, bakeries, restaurants nearby 4. The apartment itself is newly refurbished and comfortable enough

What we disliked: 1. Check-in process - Although we appreciate the safety measures, scanning our documents (even from our small children) and taking selfies with our IDs was a first for us. The instructions for entering the flat were detailed (a chapter of text to read) and yet, the electronic key/link did not work properly when we arrived. 2. Hosts - Although we agreed that they will let us know when the apartment is ready, we still ended up waiting one hour (with children, on a super windy day) in the neighbourhood as it seemed the have forgoten about us. The responsivness was great when they needed info from us, but later on, not so much (I asked one question regarding the parking and there was no response for 24 hours). 3. The apartment is actually a room within a larger apartment - you have a shared lobby which is super stuffy as there are no windows. You hear when other people go in/out of their room or when washing mashine in the lobby is used. 4. The cleaning service/hosts should take care of broken things between stays, such as broken toilet seat, broken soap pump etc. (Please remove the almost decomposed pillow, no one enjoys sleeping on that). 5. THE TRAFFIC NOISE. During the night you will have a feeling that you are sleeping in the middle of a crossroad. Some people are fine with this (eg. my husband) - but light sleepers be aware.

Good place for family - photos on booking are real

1. Everything clean and in good condition 2. English speaking owner - available in every single moment I asked something 3. 8min walk to Underground - 15min to Colloseum - 15min to Termini 4. Playgound with fence for children on opposite side of street - 2min walk 5, Regular shop for Italians with good prices 2 min walk 6. We used 2 rooms (one with kitchen) fir 2 adults and 2 childrens 7. In general it's quiet place We are very happy with that place and recommend to everytone who is looking for room in Rome.

Owner can add electric kettle into kitchen :)
