The location is really good. Its close to the tube station and also really close to the bus stop. The 19 is great and you get to the main tourist areas with such an ease and getting to see the city. The appliances and cookware also served us really well.
Looking closely, the flat had a lot of dust in hidden corners. We also found dirty socks between the sofas, but it was ok as a whole. The location compensates for any minor issue.

Bed in living room is not comfortable, even for one person, other mattresses are too smoothly, too worn out

Well located and roomy.
Not particularly clean. Owners gear in bags stored out of cupboards. Sink blocked and dishwasher overflowed into floor. Couldn’t get anybody to sort the problems in a prompt fashion and real poor response from owner. A Surveyor turned up unannounced to check the apartment for a prospective purchaser and we tried to help him make contact with the agent who arranged and after an hour waiting he left. All vey slack and wasted 4 hours of our holiday trying to get responses from owner or agent. Then had to keep repeating messages to what I suspect was an AI bot on booking. Com . Messages with advice from Booking. Com come back with a@no reply” email address so you have to loop around again to try and find a way to make contact. Have use Booking.com consistently when travelling and this is the first time we have complained Not a great experience. They did refund a £112.
