Great house and all amenities were supplied as well as some lovely crisps and apple juice:)
A couple of things, the bed was really small and the room could accomodate the next size up. Windows were rattling very loudly. I only mention these things because of what we are used to. Other than that, a geat stay:)

Location was excellent
Cottage really well presented, very clean and comfortable
There isn't any usable outside space, the small deck area is filled with bins. Parking not as easy as advertised , it worked out ok but would be challenging at peak holiday times.

The house itself was great; welcoming and confortable. Good facilities and resources and good folder of information about the property and local services. Loved the location so close to the beach and high street but not noisy. We met extended family members in Aldeburgh- it was a great area for everyone to rent properties in close location to each other.
We took Ozzie on so many walks only having a small outdoor area was not an issue
As the decking was quite small there was room for 2 to eat outdoors so worked for us but could be difficult if more than 2 people staying.
