It is very close to the metro and buses, there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It's next to a school so the area is quiet at night.
The room itself is near new and spacious enough for two people. The bathroom is roomy, the water pressure is great, and the water gets hot. The room has a fridge, microwave and kettle. The Owner is very helpful and actioned requests immediately. I mentioned there was no mugs and the next day I had a cup and small plate left for me, same with a drying rack, as there is also a washing machine, which I appreciated.
As mentioned in other reviews, there is an unpleasant smell at the base of the stairs, but the room has 2 doors, and keeping the inner door closed keeps the smell out of the room, so I didn't have an issue with it. I would say to the reviews complaining about stairs, maybe Korea isn't for you, there are alot of stairs... everywhere!

The accommodation is very close to the subway entrance, making it perfect for living with family. It features a kitchen with a refrigerator for cooking, two rooms, and a bathroom. The location is extremely quiet, and the room is very comfortable.

Very clean and well furnished apartment. Conveniently located downtown and only a five minute walk to the metro. Contact person friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Easy to find place with two rooms
A/C didn’t work that well. Dark place with little sunlight. Could use cleaning around windows.
