Good location, easy access to train and airport. Clean facilities, clear communication for check in.
No water, coffee etc in the room.

The property is well connected with public transport.
Host is friendly.
The room is ok, but extremely basic.
Property on a noisy road I heard the traffic at night.
Dirty carpet on shared areas.
Plug socket away from the bed, and there is not enough of them.

Room was clean and beds were comfy
No television or tea/coffee, felt awkward walking out to the toilet and bumping into other guests. No staff seen during stay & I think it’s extremely overpriced for what you get.

The road traffic was disturbing
It only tells you there is a choice of shower or bath not that it’s shared. Most listings do and are upfront with that.I will normally only book if there is a private bathroom.
