After the initial issue with the room was happily resolved, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and exploring the area.
We didn't have the breakfast in the hotel, but we enjoyed some nearby bakery and cafe breakfasts instead.
Close to a couple of underground stations.
Initially we were put into a room on the ground floor behind the lift, which was very small and overlooked the air conditioning unit and car park. I wasn't at all happy with that and Jim at the front desk changed the room to one on the second floor, which was much more spacious and had a much better outlook. Jim's colleague whom I initially spoke with said "all of the rooms are the same", which was clearly untrue.

Easy check in and the staff were very efficient. Especially helpful for early breakfast and parking.
The room was too small and poorly paid out for the price, even for West London.
