The property itself is a little dated, but it was very clean and well equipped, which was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect to find a hairdryer, fan and fridge in the room, so that was a real bonus. The soundproofing isn’t perfect, but it was decent and I had a very comfortable night’s sleep.
The staff were also very friendly and responsive to messages. The location is convenient, with Acton Main Line station and supermarkets both nearby. Overall, a very comfortable stay!
There’s no lift, so if the staff offer to help you with your luggage, definitely take them up on it! He was very kind and helpful but I was just a little too confident in my ability to carry everything myself.

Property is 5 mins walk from train station, all the staff were really friendly, our room was nice and clean. We asked for extra pillows which we got quickly and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. In the room you are provided with toilet roll, towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo etc a mini fridge, plenty of hangers in the small wardrobe. There were plenty of plugs and the lighting was good in the rooms.
I booked a compact double and it was VERY compact, the building itself looks a little unkempt and everything about it is basic but for the sake of one night it did the job. I wouldnt stay here for more than 1 night.

Staff were exceptionally nice, location was great and parking for cheap was simple to do and very useful. The bathroom was very nice, the whole place was very clean. 24h service was also excellent. Also the messages I received prior to arriving were also very useful, I had responses very quickly, of which were very helpful.
Actual room was nothing special, cant really fault it with anything though, especially with the price being so good. If I had to change anything, it would just be adding aircon.

The place was quiet and easy to find and good value for the location. It was quite basic and the bathroom was tiny but it did the job as a place to sleep.
Once in the room, we could hear quite a lot of noise from a nearby room until late at night.
