The location is so central and makes movement to and from rather easy and visitation my friends not cumbersome.
The car park spaces be enhanced.

very nice and spacious room and the reception was grande especially Oliver , such a nice gentleman..
There is a policy for guest not to use the microwave in the kitchen for fear of being liable if it happens that guest falls sick due to a guest heating up food and that use affects another guest , the conversation went on to the extent of the manager saying , even if I had bought food from the hotel’s restaurant and couldn’t finish at once , if i ever bring that food back to be heated up in the same hotel , I wouldn’t have that grace to use the microwave
honestly I was appalled because even in hospitals where health and wellness is of paramount concern you can heat up food in the kitchen anytime….As a point of suggestion, the hotel can draw up a document that indemnify the hotel against any liabilities or claim due to a guest falling sick just because they used the microwave, you can even have multiple microwave and have either dedicated to food bought outside your hotel and the food made in your hotel…Either ways it’s a win/win for both parties and you get to retain your clients…
Shower could also function better by having a wall hanger where you can place your soap and whatnot , without having to use the counter top in the bathroom..
Also a side bed drawer will make the room function optimally as well..
Other than these few concerns , I will definitely still use the hotel again ..

Staff on reception and at the bar were very friendly. Location was ideal and what we expected for travelling to a concert at Wembley so we felt it was good value for money.
First impressions were very good, reception and bar area very nice and clean.
Breakfast - was like a cattle market, very noisy. Hard to find things, no small spoons for tea/coffee, no fried/ poached eggs only scrambled. Ran out of brown sauce not enough staff for the demand.
Rooms - No shower gel, it needed to be refilled. Room seemed a little tired, scuffs on wall, carpet didnt seem clean.
