Overall, everything was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the young man working the night shift at the receptionāhe was fantastic and deserves great praise, even though I unfortunately didn't catch his name.
The only area for improvement is the check-out timing. The check-out time is 12:00, but a staff member knocked on our door at 11:53 to remind us to leave. It would be better and feel less rushed if staff wait until 12:00 before knocking or reminding guests. In fact, I have never experienced this at any other hotel I have stayed at before.

Very good breakfast and the hotel is very close to a train station.
It's far from Central London.

Beds were good as was having a fridge
The check in was horrific - very long wait and disorganised. Noisy bathroom door too which kept us awake
