Staff was very nice and helpful.
Maintenance was not good, specially for the price. Room 206 could not shower and flush at the same time.

The staff was nice. They all were very attentive and kind. The view was nice. The lounge was nice.
Well, we found black mold in our room. I talked to the manager a to try and get a half refund for four days we spent in black mold and because HE decided to upgrade our room, he thought this was a compensation for my health. So was very unpleased with what they decided. I did not ask for the upgrade. My plan was to call the booking agent anyways the next day. He lied and told the booking agent that I agreed that the upgrade was enough. Very disappointed with this when my husband and I were exposed to black mold for four days. The room smelled damp and wet. The mold was all in the shower. I went downstairs quietly, not upset to even tell them that the ventilation in the bathroom was not working that week. It was hardly sucking to keep the moisture at bay when taking a hot shower. The workout equipment was not working that well ( treadmills). The workout room had a mini split AC unit that was not keeping the room cool at all. It was very hot in the workout room.
