The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we received a great welcome upon arrival. Communication was excellent. The place was always warm despite the very cold weather and we could make use of the kitchen facilities to prepare many different meals. The cleaning items provided were useful. Overall very comfy and it can be recommended.
Some of the fixtures and fittings could be improved or repaired, and for some reason the cold and hot taps in the bathroom were mixed up which was a little confusing at first.
