Urine, vomit, smell, constant fire alarm, no hot water - Terrible

Location

The entrance is opposite a KFC. You’re forced to walk through a walkway covered in greasy vomit, urine, and food. This has soaked into the stairwell carpet. The smell is unbearable and travels up the staircase to about the 3rd floor. The smell can still be smelt outside the apartment on the 4th floor. There’s an issue with the building fire alarm that the owner does not disclose. It goes off multiple times a night. The fire department attends then gives up. The alarm stayed on one night for a full 3 hours between 5-8 am. It’s not possible to sleep. You can either risk your life and ignore the alarm, or evacuate the building in the middle of the night. There was no hot water on arrival, a dodgy timer system that takes ages to figure out, if you are not handy with this kind of stuff, don’t expect constant hot water. The toilet takes multiple times to flush. Owner takes a long time to respond to issues (half a day), if at all. The apartment looks nice in photos, but in reality, it’s filthy, noisy, and a nightmare. Not worth even €100 a night. Avoid it, spend extra and find somewhere better.

Apartamento aceptable si tienes buena condicion fisica y no tienes problemas con el mal olor.

La ubicación es excelente. El agua caliente llegaba con rapidez para la ducha y el aseo.

La entrada al edificio estaba llena de suciedad, orines y con adoquines rotos. El mal olor subia hasta la cuarta planta. La entrada y salida del edificio con ese olor se hacía insoportable. El partamento está en un cuarto sin ascensor y el tostador roto.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro. El puso muy funcional, con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable. No hay tele, que aunque cuando se hace turismo, se usa poco, no hubiera estado mal para descansar. El dueño muy amable. Me ha encantado y lo recomiendo. Si no eres muy exigente y estás dispuesto a vivir la ciudad de día y de noche, es perfecto.

Es un cuarto piso, sin ascensor, y la entrada estaba sucia porque algún borracho lo ha usado de Wc, pero una vez dentro, el apartamento es genial.
