Great location on a quiet street with parking available (although you have to pay extra for this). Good size property and nice little garden for outside meals was an added bonus. Living room and dining room both great size.
Bedroom 1 (front of property) needs new matresses - very soft and can feel springs through the matress sadly. Bedroom 2 bed is great.

Great location, walking distance to trains to London, and great shops in Windsor
Maybe seal up the fire place in back bedroom to stop dust falling through. Garden seating area needed some care.

Location was good allowed us a later check out.
Not very clean and quite run down I’d say,windows filthy and need attention lots of outside noise! Furniture in lounge not really adequate or comfortable especially if 4 people staying. Garden needs to be sorted out wasn’t very attractive but could be.
It should be mentioned in the property description that the bathroom is downstairs and also that the stairs are very steep
Clearly state that parking costs 15 pounds a day so that people are aware of that before they book
