For the first couple of days we enjoyed the pool. We also enjoyed that the location was close to the parks and that the tvs and WiFi etc were easy to access.

The property is very tired and needs a lot of updating and some thorough deep cleaning. The sofa bed was very old, ripped and stained. We had a cockroach in the kitchen and there was dark mould around the pool area. The beds were very uncomfortable and we actually couldn’t sleep on the sofa bed it was so bad. Also, on the Wednesday of our trip, the Gardner arrived (unannounced) and then left the pool to overflow, which meant for the rest of the week that the pool was too cold for the children to go in, which really ruined the villa for us. They were very quick to message back when we had the issue with the pool overflowing. The bathrooms also are very old and some bits seemed dirty. There are also a lot of signs up around the place about fines you can incur which didn’t feel very vacation vibes. We didn’t message the owners about all of the issues as we had issues getting to Florida (cancelled flights) and so didn’t have many days to make the most of it when we arrived.
