The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything that you would need for a short stay in Civitavecchia. The room was accessed via a small courtyard with separate entrances to each room. The property felt secluded and safe. Amanda, the host, was absolutely lovely! She was so kind and helpful - she went out of her way to make my stay, journey from the airport, and journey to the port as easy as possible.

Location and walking distance to restaurants and other local historic sites. The main entrance was surrounded by fruit trees and overhead coverings and lovely garden.
Nothing to dislike. A special thank you to our host, Amanda, who was absolutely superb. She picked us up at the airport, even though we arrived late in the evening. Knowing we hadn’t eaten, she took us to a restaurant and made sure we were able to get some food. The next morning, she provided us with breakfast coupons and then arranged a ride for us to the port and our cruise ship. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and attention to our needs made our stay especially easy and enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on the 15th of August 2026 before embarking on our cruise the next morning from Civitavecchia This was an amazing place to stay; everything was excellent, from the location of the property to the lovely air-conditioned room and especially the host, Amanda. She went above and beyond to give our stay that personal touch. She communicated with us through WhatsApp right from the booking and even arranged to pick us up from the airport and take us to her beautiful property. That evening, she directed us to a beautiful restaurant and gave us a voucher for a glass of wine or a soft drink of our choice.The next morning, we had a lovely breakfast at the cafe, and then Amanda was so kind as to leave us at the port to get our cruise ship. What a wonderful lady. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Civitavecchia.
