Great location in a very nice residential area. Google Maps suggested 7th Ave subway station, but we used Union Street station as it was much more convenient and closer. There are shops nearby and lots of nice restaurants. The apartment was just like in the pictures, and it was very clean and well taken care of. There were four of us (one couple and two single adults), and it was just perfect for us, but it can comfortably accommodate more people. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick.
We stayed for nine nights and were very satisfied with our stay.
The location given on Booking.com is slightly different — it’s only about one street away, so it doesn’t really make much difference, but it would be nice to have it corrected so that it’s easier to check places nearby when planning the trip.
There was no information that the air conditioning was only in one bedroom. We asked for fans and they were provided immediately. Even on hot August nights, they turned out to be enough, so no complaints here — just a note, because when we arrived hot and tired after a long trip from the airport, we thought it might be a problem. It wasn’t.

The location was excellent for us, so close to lots of subway lines and nearby cafes and restaurants!
There is a lot of noise on the street, lots of police sirens at all hours from 10pm - 7am but this was not something the apartment could change!
Maybe provide more towels as we used 1 each for the entire stay and did have to buy more toilet roll (however I didn’t contact the property to ask if this could be provided as we were close to a nearby shop to purchase more)
We have rated this property a 10/10 ❤️
