la chambre etait tres propre,grand frigidaire,location de l'endroit

ils ont fait un traitement choc dans la piscine donc nous avons manqué une journée de piscine aucun poste de tv de sport(en tout cas incapable de le trouver)

Very disappointed.

It was at 10 minutes driving to lac memphremagog

There was a wasp nest in our accommodation, a lot of humidity in the condo, very bad quality of the air conditioner, the coffee machine was dirty, the hand soap was rancid. I wrote many messages to the host to discuss about the wasp nest and they never responded to my messages. I wanted to change the accommodation because of the problem and it was impossible.

I did not get the room I paid for. The spa tub had a scum ring visible. No lighting from the back parking lot to the back entrance The main doors were open 24 hours which gave a sense of insecurity. No shampoo or conditioner was provided. The dispensers were empty.

J’aurais pris un ascenseur pour les bagages puisque j’étais au 2e étage. Et je n’ai pas croisé/vu de personnel.
