The room was very clean and COLD. I love AC and it was wonderful. The staff was also so friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed my trip.

I thought the hotel was dirty to be brand new. I was expecting it to be prestine. Someone brought there large dog in and something that was in a pet taxi. I had to sign a paper that said no pets allowed. I think you all need better control of this going on. I did not fill comfortable there after that. That was when we went to get on the elevator to go to our room right when we checked in. We had to use different elevator because we could not fit on the elevator because of the the man and women with large dog. If you all check your cameras from the time I checked in it was right after that.
