Péssimo atendimento e falta de respeito ao cliente

Nada, não consegui acessar o imóvel, não havia autorização por parte da empresa.

O check in foi feito de forma atrasada, às 17:30 hs., e não às 15 horas como eu havia avisado. Não havia autorização para meu acesso, fiquei na rua esperando das 15 às 16 hs e tentando contatar através dos meios disponíveis mas não obtive resposta. Fui embora às 16 horas sem resposta da Yume. Fui cobrado pela multa de cancelamento que não dei causa

Não gostei de nada! Horrível !!!

Apartamento extremamente sujo, cama barulhenta . Banheiro sujo, vaso sujo, pia suja com bolo de cabelo no ralo , box sujo, toalhas e tapetes sujo. Fora que estava podre de cigarro. Apartamento é até bonito, mas falta manutenção . E a assistência então? Péssima! YUME administradora horrível . Atendentes horríveis . E a própria booking também não ajudou em nada! Vou te dizer, melhor pegar hotel do que esses quartos . Senão você vai passar raiva! Não volto nessa espelunca nunca mais na vida!

Apartamento muito bonito e confortável, ótimo para uma estadia tranquila. Os funcionários do condomínio são super prestativos e educados, exemplo para outros condomínios !! Perto da paulista e de vários comércios. A vista é um show a parte do 23 andar !!

Fogão de indução não estava funcionando, demorou muitos dias para cadastrar minha facial de acesso ao condomínio, torneira pia do banheiro estava saindo pouca água
