Harbor pool is included with your stay is conveniently located one street north of the home. There is a key in the drawer to the right of the microwave. It is open from 6am until 10pm. This pool is not heated. There is a hot tub area that is heated. There is a nice covered area next to the pool with tables so you can enjoy eating there or just hanging out. Please be respectful of all at the pool and clean up after yourselves. The Clubhouse is available but requires a $125 HOA transfer fee paid to Val Vista Lakes at clubhhouse front desk located at 1600 E. Lakeside Drive Gilbert, AZ 85234. Please take a copy of the HOA Transfer form and print a screen shot of your VRBO reservation confirmation to give to the front desk person at the clubhouse. The Town of Gilbert is currently doing road construction so there is no parking on the street in front of the house. There is ample parking in the garage and driveway. There will be some streets closed so cones and signs will direct you on ways to get to the clubhouse.
Both the heated Jr. Olympic pool and spa are open.

- Palm Patio or Cabana next to Jr. Olympic Pool can be reserved for family get togethers or parties
- Pro Shop Room - has sink and refrigerator/freeze and big gathering area next to tennis courts - great to reserve for family parties
- Firepit (located next to the dock just east of the Jr. Olympic pool) great area to gather at night to roast some marshmellows and have fun with family and friends
- Activity Room upstairs is a great area for gathering family and friends - has a TV and sink
