About this house rental
Beachfront house on Tarpon Boulevard with beautiful ocean views across to Pritchards Island, a nature preserve! Unobstructed views of the ocean, Skull Inlet, and island salt grass marshes.
All new renovation, great room surrounded by ocean views, three bedrooms- one bedroom with 2 twin XL beds, on bedroom with one queen bed and one twin XL bed and one master with king bed. Flat screen tv's and high speed internet throughout. New kitchen, two new baths, new outdoor shower, private walkway to secluded beach.
Fripp is a wildlife sanctuary so you often see deer, racoons, alligators, osprey, herons and dolphins etc.
Fripp has several places to eat on the Island but not much other commercial activity.
Golf, tennis and fishing are the major activities as well as walking, biking, nature viewing, boating and beach activities. Instruction classes are available for golf, tennis and pickleball. There is an activity center (Camp Fripp) to entertain the little ones in the family, plus teen events. Golf carts, bikes, boats etc. are available to rent on the island or nearby rental centers.
Amenity cards are available for any person over 12 years of age at the cost of $50 per week. Cards allow guests to have access to the island golf courses, pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, gaming center, restaurants, equipment rentals and fitness center. Children under 12 do not need cards but must be accompanied by a card holder to access amenities.
Historic Beaufort has a lot to offer and Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head are just short pleasant trips away.

We had a great week at this house!
You can tell that it was recently renovated, and the owner did a great job with the finishes and updates to the floor plan. The kitchen has everything you need, and a great view of the ocean. The large living room has plenty of seating, and comfortable furniture. The home was also very clean when we arrived. The air conditioning worked great (very important in SC in June), and having extra towels and supplies on hand was very much appreciated.
The back porch was probably our favorite feature. It's huge, and they thoughtfully used cable railing to maximize the view while you're seated and relaxing in the chairs. Sunset views are amazing from the private walkway leading to the beach. People come from all over Fripp Island for the views on this end of the island, and it's only a few steps away in this house!
We've been coming to Fripp for nearly a decade now, and this is one of our favorite houses ever. Thanks for a great week!

This property is so lovely - the house boasts windows all across the ocean side of the property with incredible views. The covered ocean front porch is perfect for staying out of the sun and still enjoying the ocean. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in! I only wish the house accommodated a couple more people so that all of our immediate family could be there at once.
