Good price for the size of the flat. Travelled with a baby and was happy to have the space. Simple furnishings with no clutter. Parking in the garden came in very handy. Property is on a very busy road, expect to hear traffic all through the night. However, it came with the convenience of regular buses to take you into the heart of Bath in 15 mins if you didn't want to walk 30 mins. We did both and it was a great way to check out the area. Host communicates everything ahead of time so we knew what to expect. While the flat didn't come with updated or luxury fittings, it is still an excellent value for what it is worth. Most importantly, both beds were comfortable to sleep on, bathroom was clean and kitchen had all the items we need for takeouts. I'd stay here again!

The apartment is more spacious than described - a great “problem” to have! There are really 2 bedrooms, each with a large bed. One is a real bed (Queen sized I think). The 2nd room is a sofa bed but you’d really not notice, except its a bit small (double maybe?) and lower to floor. But each room has a door for privacy. The main bedroom is very large and could accommodate a seating area if the owners wanted to.
There is also a living room area with a couch and TV, and a decent kitchen.
Location was good, there are 2 bus stops nearby to take you to city center.
Communication excellent.
Again, just a beautiful apartment that easily accommodated a married couple and another adult.
