From answering my questions before booking, to wishing us a safe journey home after our stay, Olivia was very pleasant and helpful. She offered us an early check-in of 12noon, and the accommodation was on the 3rd floor of a historical Bath building, around the corner from The Circus and across the road from The Assembly Rooms. The parking at Charlotte Street was expensive, as expected, but Olivia informed us about the free street parking between 7pm and 8am.
Kitchen -
The kitchen was well equipped with pans, mugs, glasses, and crockery, as well as all the washing up and kitchen towels etc that you'd need. The were tea bags, sugar, coffee, etc, which was helpful. The cooker, toaster and kettle worked excellently, and there was a lovely view out the window.
The Bedroom -
The 2 bedrooms were very spacious, with comfy beds, multiple pillows, and lots of storage options. There was 2 towels in each room, as well as a fluffy blanket! One bedroom had wooden window shutters (as everywhere does in Bath!), but the other has a thin pulldown blind. This was not blackout, but it didn't bother us.
The Lounge -
There was a lovely square table and 4 chairs, the sofa and armchair were comfy, and the footrest was a nice touch. The TV was smart, so had Netflix etc, and there were boardgames and books to read. *NOTE: The Wifi was good for a holiday setting, but a bit slow if you were there on business.
Bathroom -
There was 1 toilet and 1 shower, both in separate rooms. We stayed with friends, so this worked well for us. The shower was pleasant, there was plenty of toilet roll.
The neighbourhood -
The apartment was in a fantastic location, being a 5-minute walk from the Royal Crescent and a 10-minute walk into the centre of Bath. The were a few cafe's around, a co-op a 5-minute walk away, and ordering a takeaway was easy. The street was quiet, there was no noise from the street outside the bedroom window, and the noise was neighbours was minimal too.
If you struggle with stairs, then this may not be for you, as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The stairs however aren't steep, and they're nice and wide.
The Wifi was on the slower side, but we didn't mind as it helped us get into holiday mode and slow down, however if you're visiting on business I'd recommend taking your own.
In one bedroom, the blind isn't blackout. This was alright for us as my partner bought his sleeping mask and it didn't wake me.

El apartamento es igual que en las fotografías: muy bonito, limpio, cómodo, y muy bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitamos para nuestra estancia. Está ubicado en una zona residencial que permite descansar por la noche y a la vez está en pleno centro junto al Circus y al Royal crescent, y al lado de la parada del bus número 31 que te lleva al Park & ride.
No hay nada que echara en falta, todo estaba muy bien.

Die Lage in der Stadt gleich neben The Circus war unschlagbar. Die Schlafzimmer und Betten waren sauber und wir hatten Handtücher.
Die ganze Wohnung wirkte etwas abgewohnt. Im Wohnzimmer war es weniger sauber. Das Geschirr wirkte, wie wenn man es nochmal spülen müsste.
Wir hatten lange suchen müssen, um das Gebäude zu finden. Eine genauere Beschreibung oder Hinweis (Haus mit Kugeln an den Fenstergittern oder so ähnlich) oder ein Türschild wären hilfreich.
