Perfect location, central to Bath. Apartment was modern and clean.
I wouldn’t call it “luxury”.
The whole apartment was so loud, the floors and doors creaked A LOT. I wouldn’t recommend this accomodation if you are traveling with someone who would go to bed at a different time to you (e.g. children).
The ammenities were limited, there was no laundry detergent, no dishwashing tablets, no dishwashing sponges, limited plates, cups and cutlery, no bodywash. All these things are luxuries, but things I expect when staying in an accomodation like this. They do require you to wash your dishes before you leave and don’t give adequate dishwashing utensils, so we had to buy some sponges.
The biggest grievance was the instructions for the parking. The instructions were extremely unclear, we ended up parking in the neighbours spot and had to leave our activities to go back to the accommodation and move our car. The neighbour was lovely and understanding but mentioned this happens constantly. The parking space is labelled “1 - upper maisonette” but the host didn’t say that.

Lack of information. I don’t think we were ever given the actual no. of property, had to check out various key safes until we found correct one. Also, situation with parking was unclear.
We felt that there could be have been more information inside flat re kitchen appliances plus there were no tea towels etc provided.

Pas de réactivité de notre hôte après avoir fait un appel car nous ne trouvions pas l’appartement et après avoir demandé des linge de cuisine et un torchon pour nettoyer la cuisine
