Enjoy the 1st Coachella Music festival weekend in Palm Desert at this beautiful resort in a luxurious 2 bedroom unit. One of the bedrooms can be locked out from the main part of the unit, if desired . Relax in the serene atmosphere of this excellent property featuring a king bed in the large bedroom with its own TV, jetted bathtub, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a patio. The 2nd bedroom also has a King Bed and a queen-sized sofa bed and its own bathroom and even a kitchenette and a small patio. All told, 8 Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi and a lot of outdoor BBQs. Book now and enjoy everything this phenomenal resort has to offer. Both bedrooms and the living room all each have TVs. The main unit has a gorgeous 2-room bathroom with a separate shower and a whirlpool bathtub and two counters with sinks and a dressing/make-up area. The living room even has a fireplace. Your suite also has a washer and dryer, a nice full kitchen with utensils, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, large refrigerator and a nice-sized dining area that seats 6. Step outside onto the patio with table and chairs off the bedrooms and the living room.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum stay of 4 nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to extend your stay after the festival into Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - the 13th, 14th and 15th, you can rent one, two or all three of those 3 nights for just $218.00/night - no minimums. Disregard the $255 price and the minimum nights you see on the calendar as they are for anyone who wants to rent any of those 3 nights who is NOT renting the weekend nights.
Those extra 3 nights will remain available to the "Weekend" renter until someone else comes along to rent them.
Most of the buildings are 3-stories with elevators so no limitations for wheelchair folks and the elderly.
There is wifi and free covered parking. The resort even has an onsite convenience store.A shuttle bus to the music festival stops at the resort. See the concierge for its schedule,
The resort has 6 pools, several with jacuzzis nearby, barbecue pits galore, a golf course winding throughout the property, miniature golf, tennis courts, pickle-ball, ping pong tables, basketball court, horseshoe pits, a large kid's place with arts & crafts, two work-out locations with one open 24 hours. It's got it all. This is a gorgeous resort in Palm Desert, Calif.
A mile down the street is a beautiful super market that also serves food. Then another 2 or 3 miles down Monterrey Ave to downtown Palm Desert with all of its chic shops, restaurants and even dancing at some of the bars and clubs.
From Palm Desert, take a 20 -25 minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs. Then another 25 miles to a casino right next door to the outlet mall.
