Family friendly, nearby restaurants and coffee shops (walking distance)
- No smoking indoors.
-Landscape company is on sight every Thursday. ( early morning)
-if your stay covers a Sunday night. the trash will need to be taken to curb. IF you do not wish to do it . please contact us so we can send someone to do it.
-only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilets (older pipes). Any other material will cause problems. use trash cans for the rest.
- use towels, sheets, materials reasonably ( save the earth).
- place all used towels in laundry basket at checkout.
-Turn off all lights when checking out.

We loved the convenience of this location. Close to everything! The home was very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. The kitchen was adequate. The back patio was nice - a little noisy due to the traffic nearby. We had a nice neighborhood to walk our dog in. Overall, a nice place and a relaxing vacation.

My stay was very nice and peaceful. The location is perfect! You can reach the beach in 14-15 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet with no issue. The property has a lot to offer. And was very clean. The Host very responsive in a timely manner. There were no issues and I will book again soon.
