This bright home in the gated Windsor Cay Resort in Clermont sleeps 12, with a king main suite, a second king room, a queen room, a twin room and a fun bunk room, plus a game room for friendly competition, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and laundry. Then head to the resort clubhouse for lazy-river and water-slide fun. Disney, Publix and the Premium Outlets are all an easy drive away. Come make memories with us!



The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Windsor Cay Resort – a bright five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house with high-speed Wi-Fi and room for 12.



SLEEPING: a main suite with a king bed, a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a room with two twin beds, and a bunk room with a full/twin bunk plus a pull-out twin – perfect for kids and cousins.

LIVING: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and a game room the whole family will love.

OUTDOORS: your own private pool – heating is available for an extra fee, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival. Grill rental is also available for an extra fee (please request in advance).

INCLUDED: 12 towels, fresh linens, full laundry facilities and a welcome kit to kick off your stay.



Please note: some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are still under construction. Parking: vehicles must be registered on arrival, maximum 4 per house.



Guest Access:

The whole house is yours to enjoy – private pool, game room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and all five bedrooms. Registered guests of Windsor Cay Resort also have access to the resort amenities (all guests must be pre-registered before arrival). Free parking for up to 4 registered vehicles right at the house.



The Neighborhood:

Windsor Cay Resort is one of the newest gated vacation communities in Clermont, on the west side of the Disney area. Families love the resort clubhouse with its resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pad, poolside bar, fitness center and sports courts – a full day of fun without leaving the resort.



You're a short drive from Walt Disney World, and Universal Studios, SeaWorld and the Orlando Premium Outlets are all within easy reach. Publix, restaurants and shops along US-192 and Highway 27 are just minutes away, so quick grocery runs and family dinners are easy.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and free parking is right at the house (up to 4 registered vehicles). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–45 minutes by car, and US-192 and Highway 27 whisk you to Walt Disney World and the other theme parks, dining and shopping. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



PARKING: Vehicles must be registered on arrival and a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted. Cars parked on the wrong side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours or may be towed.



POOL & SPA HEATER: The SPA is not a hot tub – it is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system, for an additional fee. The heater can take 24–48 hours to fully heat the water and is turned on once payment is processed, so please request pool heating at least 48 hours before arrival. The pool is heated to 86°F; for health and safety reasons we cannot raise it further. The pool and SPA share the same water temperature (the SPA is a warm-water area without hydromassage jets). Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool-heater refunds. In extreme cold (approx. 32°F–40°F) the heater keeps working but the water may feel colder because of heat loss – in these conditions the water warms only about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Weather-related conditions are not a heater malfunction and do not qualify for a refund.



GRILL: Grill rental is available for a separate fee and must be requested before arrival. Propane exchange is not included.



PLEASE NOTE: Some areas of Windsor Cay Resort are still under construction.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
