The Apartment in Sugamo has been our first stay in Japan and it was wonderful. We as a family 4 (two parents, two children) had three rooms. The facilities were all new and worked well. The ACs did their job in August. So if you are a family, this is the place to be.
The Sugamo district is also a wonderful place. Along the Jizo Dori (road) there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Again, it is ideal for a family.
Overall, we loved it and would always come back to this apartment.
