Having lived and traveled in the South Pacific island region for 5 years, I have experienced some of the world's best beach resorts. The Beach Resort was equally impressive with its natural landscape, beach, food offerings, and activities. Better yet, the impeccable service from the staff led by the manager, Chumnit, was consistently accommodating and genuinely hospitable, which made me feel at home from my arrival until I left. I have stayed at several resorts on Koh Rong. The Beach Resort with its adjacent sister properties is the best I have experienced on Koh Rong. I strongly recommend it as the go-to place. I look forward to returning.

It’s a stunning resort on a beautiful beach.
It was great being able to use the pools/beach bar/restaurants at the resorts on either side.
The staff were all warm and friendly. Helpful and kind.
I loved the dogs! Every morning I would take a walk along the beach as the sun was rising….and at least 2 of the dogs would run to meet me and trot along with me on my walk. They’re beautiful dogs. ❤️
The pools are lovely and cleaned daily.
I liked that they have little hoses beside the entrance to each bungalow so you can wash the sand off your feet before going inside.
The breakfast was very good. I personally loved to eat dinner at the sister resort YouandMe…which is right next to The Beach Resort. I recommend the Baked Barramundi!!

Easy going feel, next to a gorgeous beach with incredible water and white sand. Even during the low season, when there is a lot of rain and ocean chop, the protected cove was clear and calm. Simply perfect.
Organization of the Ferry with appropriate drop off at the resort. Frankly, the resort should pick up the guests at whatever dock the arrive at, and bring them to the facility. There is no need for 2 transactions just to arrive. That process should be frictionaless. There is a ferry that drops passengers at the dock (I was told) but they have no website or easy way of booking. A little bit of organization here would be appreciated, by all, I'm sure.

Rooms was big but old fashioned decoration, bathroom with electric panel to switch of hot water, bad smell and dirty
