Simple but modern. Not too far from Cefalu centre. Hot tub, two terraces. We loved that it was connected to Calanica Resort, so you’re allowed to use their amenities such as sea view restaurant (7/10), sun beds (9/10), private beach access with private bar (9/10) and pool (5/10). Good that it had a washing machine. Walking 100m to supermarket. Private parking in front of the house. Staff on site in the resort was mostly very nice and professional. Internet was good enough. Check-in was easy (after figuring out where to meet them).
Check-in needs to be done in the resort, and its not as easy to find at first (but once you find it, its easy to check-in and out). Too close to main road, so noise level was there day and night. To reach the resort, you have to walk 15 min or take the car 3 min (wasn’t a problem for us). Kitchenette in the apartment is very small, but we were able to cook. The usable kitchen space is really small though. Big problem: you cannot use too much energy at the same time, because then the alarm goes off and after a moment shuts down all energy in the whole appartement (we cooked and dared to charge our phones at the same time). Two TVs, hidden in mirrors, they don’t really work, you have to stand directly in front of it to be able to use the remote, that was really annoying to be honest. Staff on site in the resort was mostly very nice, but some of them treated us as second class guests „oh you’re from the apartments“. Our flight got cancelled, so we tried to book an extra night, we were in contact with the customer service. They offered us a quote, and while waiting for their response to a question, they gave away the flat on this date to another booking. That was bizarre and not very good customer service. Also their response to our complaint about the situation showed that all they cared about was money, no customer service at that.

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti con piscina privata, MERAVIGLIOSO, con gli stessi servizi che hai in hotel abbiamo persino trovato spugna e detersivo piatti! Il supermercato letteralmente di fronte la struttura é un punto in più. L’accoglienza è stata eccellente, posizione ottima. se cercate il relax e la bellezza del posto dovete soggiornare qui! Noi ritorneremo di certo.
