I liked the cleanliness and facilities and the clear instructions and communication from the owner.
I alos like the bathroom and shower on the ground floor very airy and well ventilated.
The kitchen facilities were great!
Excessive noise throughout the stay. The neighbor on the left was cleaning a plastic bin right outside my window in the middle of the night, and guests in the next room were talking loudly on speakerphone in the kitchen. Additionally, the property is situated in a cramped residential neighborhood, which wasn't ideal.

The facility was kept neat and clean and quite close to the main transport arteries. Well positioned.
Some of the guests using the dryer at night when it should be quiet. This did not of course discourage our enjoyment of the facility.
