Ottima posizione a Giza a 3 minuti a piedi dalle Piramidi. Molto bella la terrazza con vista sulle piramidi durante la colazione. Camera molto spaziosa e confortevole con comodi letti. Lo staff è molto attento agli ospiti e a rispondere a tutte le necessita'. Lo consiglio vivamente.

ホテルのスタッフが全員とても親切です。部屋からもピラミッドが4つ見えます。
部屋は階段を上がるので、足腰に自信が無い方にはおすすめできません。タオルに経年劣化やシミ汚れはありますが、神経質でなければ気になりません。

Everything was great. The service and host attention was warm and helpful all the time. Clean room with all the facilities. Mahmoud speaks English very well so it’s appreciated in Egypt to get good recommendations and information from the places to visit. At last the terrace views are amazing!!! That’s worth it. - will be back if life get me chance ✌🏽

The owner offered to take us to GEM, and when we offered to pay for the ride, he said it was unnecessary. I was grateful for that.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner informed us that the water pipes in our room were broken and moved us to another hotel (Red Pyramids). I don't know if the pipes were actually broken, but I've seen many hotels in the Giza area use this excuse to move guests elsewhere, based on Google Maps and Booking reviews. I chose Pyramids Crypt because of the photos and reviews, and I was really looking forward to my stay. I was disappointed when I was moved to another place. I found that there was no partition between the shower and the toilet, which I didn't like, as the hotel I originally booked had a glass partition. But I figured there was no other way; I couldn't possibly drag my heavy luggage out to find another place to stay. After checking in, I discovered the sheets weren't clean, the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the carpet was warped and easy to trip over. I saw this hotel on Booking.com (Red Pyramids $43) which was cheaper than the original one (Pyramids Crypt $55).After we mentioned to the owner, he said that Red Pyramids was also his business, so it was $55. I felt that I had lost out because I paid $55 but stayed in a room that was worth $43.On the morning of our check-out day, at 8:00 AM, we went for breakfast. After 30 minutes, all we got was fried eggs, cucumber, tomato, cold fries, red bean puree, and tea. They gave us cheese and jam, but no bread or pita bread.We asked bread and coffee, but they still hadn't given us it by 9:00.Because we still had a trip to Cairo afterward, and we didn't know how long we would have to wait for our bread, we left at 9:00 am.
