A lovely, spacious, modern farmhouse close to Somerset East. You can sit on the veranda having a braai and watch the young goats playing in the fields below. Well-equipped house with everything you need for self catering. Excellent BBQ facilities on a sheltered veranda. However, the best was our hosts. Sanet was great, welcoming us and introducing up to Sakkie, a lovely lady who looked after our every need from cleaning the house each day, doing the laundry and even baking us roosterkoek. We felt very welcome and well cared for. We used Geluk Farmhouse as a base for visiting the Bedford open gardens. It was perfect for our needs.
All very good!

Wow!!! This was such an amazing experience! The host Sanet was such an angel she explained in detail how to get to the house. Seeing that we came from Port Elizabeth. The coffee setup with rusks was delicious ! There were a lint chocolate ball on our bed at arrival. The fireplace on the stoep was loaded with wood. The house was clean and spacious. We were treated with freshly made roosterkoek, farm butter, jam and cheese witch was an unexpected surprise. The view was breathtaking! We would definitly stay here again!
