A very comfortable, clean, and well-located apartment, perfect for visiting Europa-Park, with only the Wi-Fi needing imp

The apartment was excellent — very clean, well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The location is also a big plus, within walking distance to Europa-Park.

The Wi-Fi was quite weak and unstable during our stay and could be improved.

Nice looking air bnb.parking sucks and not guaranteed but no street parking that’s legal

Close to Rulantica

My original message was sent June 1, 2025 Hello. We rented an Airbnb with Swiss Apartments Russ from May 31 - Jun 1. #1 inconvenience-Check in was between 1600-2100 however I requested for early check in. The property said it was ok to check in at 1500. We left Rulantica to check into the Airbnb at 1500 and waited at least 30 min because the cleaners were there. When I contacted the property they replied and said 1600-2100 is check in and they can not guarantee early check in. This was Not said to me when I requested to check in early. Only that 1500 would be the earliest. #2 inconvenience- I rented 2 apartments which came with 2 parking stalls. When we arrived there was only one stall. Someone had taken the other stall. I notified the manager and he offered a parking area two minutes away and a seven minute walk. Another inconvenience as I specifically look for an air bnb with parking available. I would not have rented this particular Airbnb if I knew there was not going to be parking on the property. Although each apartment comes to the parking, the manager did not check the other apartment to see if someone put their card there or told them to move it. I was very frustrated. Inconvenience 3- the larger apartment #1 that I rented had five persons for that apartment when we woke up, there was no toilet paper in the restroom and being it’s a Sunday and everything in the economy is closed. We couldn’t even buy toilet paper and were forced to use the facial tissue that was there between 5 people. I will not recommend this apartment and would not go there again. Because of all its inconvenience.

J'ai adoré cette chambre tendance, propre, tranquille et calme. Il y a tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner et c'est une chambre où l'on se sent chez soi. J'ai pu avoir le propriétaire par téléphone qui est super réactif un grand merci. Si je retourne dans la région je retournerais là !

Fijn ruim appartement! 3 fijne slaapkamers met goede bedden. Ruime badkamer en fijne keuken. Op loopafstand van europapark.

Geregeld was de waterdruk weg waardoor er nauwelijks water uit de kraan en douche kwam.
