SuCasa Villa located in Maiyan, Nanyuki

The property has modern facilities, beautiful views, breakfast of choice and excellent service from Tracy who is the host. There are also many activities for the family from swimming, mini golf, pedal, basket ball, walking, horse riding, bird feeding. We only had one night so did not manage to do most of the activities. We will surely be back.

Getting there is the issues. The road is rough and not a tarmacked. Don't plan too many activities out of the there.

The property is well managed and the staff are very resourceful.

Very nice, Clean and neat. The rooms had a nice scent to them. The towels were clean and fresh. The host also noticed one of us had small feet and provided the bathroom slippers to match. The location has swimming, horse riding and pickleball which kept us engaged all through. The host was kind to give our car a free wash so that we can leave with a clean car. Breakfast was also nice with lots to choose from.

The access road from the tarmac is a bit stony, a low car would struggle otherwise all else was awesome

Property was good.The staff (Tracy )was the problem.

The journey to the villa was already difficult because of the heavy rains and diversions.From the phone Tracy was exhausted giving us directions which felt discouraging.she watched us take our luggage one by one from the car and never even asked if we needed help. Unfortunately, the hospitality did not meet our expectations. Communication was limited,Tracy literally ignored us when we called her.we could hear her and her colleagues giggle in the room next to the kitchen,but there was no one to help us at all.I went and took stuff from the kitchen counter myself.She would close our door while inside our rooms.,we felt unwelcome and there were no boundaries. The service felt minimal, and we often felt unattended during our stay. Breakfast was also very basic reason being “the rain “lame excuse and overall the experience was disappointing. Tracy apologized after we shared our concerns, the experience had already been affected. I would still visit Mayan again, but not Sucasa
