I liked everything and would recommend to stay. The apartment has all you may need. Alexander was very helpful he has arranged meet and greet at the airport, and he was very kind to wait us extra time.
There are plenty restaurants around. The location is just great, city center is on walking distance. Bus stops are close as well.
There is no elevator and apartment is on 3rd floor. There are additional stairs. So if you have a huge baggage or if you have health conditions, you should consider it.
Evenings might be noisy because of restaurants around, but it’s possible to close windows and put AC on.

Everything. You have everything right before your nose and yet quiet environment for your stay. Not to mention the “details” host did: the air conditioning was turned on hours before our arrival so we wouldn't feel the crazy heat of the summer wave. Then the welcome: chocolates, cold water, beer, traditional rakija on the bed... plus you have everything in the apartment - from thread and needles, to dental floss and detergents... Just wow.

Cosy, comfortable and in a great location. The little touches were an added bonus: water, tea, coffee, chocolates and rakia.

Проживали в этом апартмане 6 дней. Когда увидели, что он находится на одной из самых шумных улиц города, засомневались, но прочитали, что дом вглубине и шум неслышен и рискнули, и нисколько не пожалели. Внутри квартиры просто 4-звездочный отель со всем новым, красивым и стильным плюс с прекрасным кухонным уголком и стиральной машиной. На кухне напитки в холодильнике, капсулы для кофе-аппарата, масло для готовки. Хозяин оочень предупредительный, все четко объяснил, встретил, был готов со всем помочь.
Стоит обратить внимание только на два момента- оочень старым людям может быть тяжело
подниматься по лестнице на третий этаж и тем, кто любит жить в полном вакууме может все-таки мешать музыка со Скадарлии, но мы вечером закрывали окно, включали кондиционер и наслаждались! Рекомендую безусловно.
