Location was great close to convenience stores, transport and shopping.
Travelling with other party on different schedule made it difficult to co-ordinate with only one key.

Great location right near southern cross but was still nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The entire apartment was very clean. Check in was very easy!
The fold out bed and the second room mattresses were uncomfortable and very hard.

The location was fantastic. Close to amenity and great access to trams for navigating the city
It was very small. Suitcases in bedroom 2 had to be left in living room as no bedroom space. The dining table was massive and took up much of the living space. There was no spare toilet paper. We were only provided 1 key which was not sufficient for 4 adults and the concierge would not even mind the key to accomodate different coming and goings so this made logistics very difficult.
