Overall it's very good

The location is very good near to the train and tram station.

The sofa and single sofa chair are not clear. There is not any extra rabshi bins plastic bags, and don't have car park, the rest is good.

Stay away from this accommodation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I am dissatisfied with all aspects of this accommodation.

I did not like this accommodation at all. It was nothing like the photos shown on the website. The lounge furniture was broken, and the TV and Wi-Fi did not work. There was not even a power outlet available for the TV. The towels and blankets were old and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with a large amount of black mould. Most importantly, the toilet was leaking continuously, and the water kept running throughout the night. The noise made it very difficult for us to sleep. Overall, the accommodation was poorly maintained and did not meet the standard advertised. In addition, I paid a $300 damage deposit as required under the booking terms, which should have been refunded after check-out. Nearly three weeks later, I am still waiting for the refund. Despite sending messages and calling multiple times, I have received no response from the property. I also attempted to seek assistance through Booking.com customer service, but the issue remains unresolved. This lack of communication and failure to return the deposit has been extremely disappointing and is something future guests should be aware of.

The location was fabulous, and the apartment met our needs well.
