I loved everything about the place close to mist wine farms,actually close to everything.Theres a pool and jaccuzi,since its winter it was nice to jump into one😊

The staff are exceptional and super friendly. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and looked after.
Coffee machine wasn't working in the room and no plugs for the kettle, had to place it on the floor in a corner of tge room and make instant coffee on the floor, and the shower water kept on cutting out mid shower

We could use the pool & hot tub at the other The Lab location across the road. The staff were really friendly. It was easy to check-in & check-out. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towel replacements. Restaurants & shops were less than a 5min drive away.
There was no door to the ensuite toilet & shower. The bath tub placement in the room was peculiar - we would have preferred extra counter space/kitchenette. The photos on Booking.com show a lounge area with a grey L-shaped couch at the accommodation, but there was no such area; only a conference room & the 4 bedrooms. The stacked door in our room was seemingly broken/disabled & wouldnt open all the way. Staff was made aware.

Son emplacement à Franschhoek.
L’agencement de la chambre est absolument illogique et pas pratique ! Il ne faut plus avoir envie d’aller aux toilettes après la douche ! Sdb tout en long, mini lavabo puis douche, puis wc 😵💫 tout cela séparé par une paroi en verre, et face à la porte !!
Éventuellement pour une personne seule car le lit n’est pas très large.
La porte d’entrée qui fait trembler toute la maison à chaque passage !
